We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from carymor.wales If you are unhappy with your product then please let us know as soon as possible and you will be given the option of either a refund (within 30 days) or a voucher code against a future purchase, to be confirmed by our sales team. We would not expect you to return perishable items so either we would resend your item or refund, however we would expect you to notify us on the day of delivery if there are any issues with your package contents.
