A great addition to your soups & stews. It is a healthy, mild tasting and has a lovely green colour when cooked, making it perfect as an introduction to your seaweed cooking adventure. A tasty pairing with tagliatelle & spaghetti alongside a creamy sauce! We recommend combining 5/15% sea spaghetti to your pasta of choice. Rehydrate your seaweed in a bowl of warm water and heat through in a pan alongside pasta and your chosen sauce. Can also be fried up in a bit of oil for a nice salty crunch to add to salads, sandwiches or having it as a healthy snack.
